- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Water-Fire-Smoke damage cannot be quoted without personally assessing the damage. Our estimator will be on site within one hour of the call coming in and, using Xactimate (the same estimating tool used by Insurance Professionals nationwide), will estimate the cost to mitigate the damage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin, we thoroughly assess the damage to take into account the different issues arising from the presence of fire, smoke, and/or water. If there is insurance involved, we work with the adjuster to ensure that the property is restored to pre-loss condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All techs are trained in mitigation. We carry IICRC certificates, and leads and management routinely update their continuing education.
