- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many times homes buyers are unaware that their agent's commission comes from the seller. Therefore, enlisting the services of a buyer's agent does not cost you a thing. In fact, you can't afford not to! As far as listings go, I provide professional pictures and measuring. I offer staging tips when needed. This ensures that your house is seen in the best light possible. And of course, Marketing, marketing marketing. The more people that lay eyes on what you have to sell the better. Your home is special, so your agent should be too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Psychology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love real estate and I love working with people, plain and simple. I love to see the look on a client's face when they find "the one." The moment when you tell your seller an offer has come in. It's what I live for. Real estate is a unique opportunity to work with people during one of the most stressful times of their lives, but yet turn it into a positive experience.
