- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending on the need of services and the size of the property or area to be cleaned, also the type of cleaning being requested. The most accurate quote can be given if home is viewed/inspected first, but not necessary in all cases. In most cases a standard price is given and only adjusted if there is something drastically different from the request once we arrive for job. Any quote that is adjusted upon arrival is always told to a client up front before beginning & is only done is drastic instances. We always assure a client knows every aspect of cleaning process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making arrangements with clients in advance of work request and service needs they are requesting. We schedule our crew to be there during time per our clients request. Management initially comes to each job site for initial instructions, to go over requirements with clients again to be sure work is being scheduled correctly and to introduce themselves and workers to clients (if new client) Management will check the property for any details left out or to double check instructions for cleaners. A member of management team inspects property before cleaners leave job & speaks with clients that are there to ensure satisfaction of services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's in business management, I have been doing commercial add residential cleaning professionally since 2001. I opened my own cleaning business in 2010. All employees I hire are thoroughly screened and checked before consideration for employment with our company, most have been working with us as long as the company was started, they are all properly trained in process of all cleaning types, processes, and industry standards. Our entire cleaning crew are trained to know and properly clean any type building or home.
