Introduction: I am new to this, so I am extra detail oriented and thorough in cleaning, both light and heavy duty. I do have experience cleaning for a disabled friend on a regular basis, but that is unpaid (by choice). I have been asked by many people over the years to help them clean, either for a party, or just because it's too overwhelming. You will see that I am good at what I do! I love spending time with clients and getting specific lists of what they need. The client is part of the process! I have an eye for removing clutter and creating aesthetically pleasing ways of organizing all the "stuff" we accumulate as well.

I hired Maureen to deep clean my house as a Mother's Day Dupree to my wife and she did a fantastic job! She was very thorough and accomplished everything that I asked of her. The house looked great! I have known Maureen for many years. She is an upstanding young lady who puts her all into whatever is she is doing or committed to. She has helped me with cleaning, cooking, raising my children, and being my friend. Although life tends to happen to all of us, she never loses sight of what needs to be done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices take into account the amount of work being requested, i.e. is it light duty or heavy duty; whether cleaning products are available or if I am using my own, and how far I will be traveling. I prefer go charge 20 to 25 dollars an hour, but that is always negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer chooses to hire me, I ask for a detailed list of what is expected from me, generally through email and phone calls. I like to walk through the home with a list, both at the beginning of the day, and once the job is completed to ensure 100 percent satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My current full time job is working in a residential home with those that have physical disabilities and a lot of medical issues. Three quarters of my shift is cleaning and heavily disinfecting a home shared by 6 people on a daily basis. I also have unpaid experience helping friends and family that have experienced medical issues and have been able to keep up on the day to day basics of life, including dishes, laundry and general upkeep.
