Show up when they say they will and deliver what they promise. Need to be more professional and use workers that have experience doing the work needed for the job. Returning phone calls would be a great start. Remember the customer comes first and a work day starts before 12 - 3 pm! Do not charge outrageous prices for sloppy work!
