Purchased a historic home in Wallace woods that needed lots of plaster repairs and painting throughout. Hired Mike whom completed all repairs at a very fair price without sacrificing the attention to detail I wanted. Made plaster walls with lots of blemishes look like drywall. I give him 10 stars and will be using him for exterior painting come fall.

Contacted for a backed up kitchen drain. Had the issue a couple of times before and plumbers cleared it in about 20 minutes. Mike sent someone, who wasn't a plumber, who didn't even have the right tools and charged me for 6 hours labor and $50 in parts ( no idea what parts cost that much for a simple drain clog). He promised a refund, in writing, which I've yet to receive. This is after he cursed me after questioning his bill. Stay away!
