One of the best trainers in DMV! Tony goes above and beyond with his training abilities. I can't say enough great things about Tony. His love and drive for fitness shows everytime. He tailors each of the workouts specifically for me and my goals. He helped me reach my goal weight very quickly and body fat percentage. Now we working on building muscle mass. If you need trainer who has passion for fitness and helping you reach your goals and look fabulous and at decent price then Tony is your trainer!

C.H.A.M.P.S. Proved to be more then I hope for. I thought we'd just have a trainer come in give us quick workout & that be it but Coach Tony took time to teach us how to really reach our fitness goals. This is NOT a one size fits most program this is your program.
