Introduction: I am a licensed architect in Maryland and Virginia. I can provide architectural design services for a new residence or house addition. I also do commercial design work and provide permit drawings for retail shops, restaurants, gas stations, and office buildings.
I am detail oriented and do nice work. And I enjoy what I do. I get most of my projects through word of mouth.

The electrical plan that he provided us was not up to Montgomery County code. The electrician followed the plans and then at inspection we were told that there were not enough outlets. Ended up costing us an additional $900 to remedy the mistake. The whole point of hiring someone for architecture and electrical drawings is that they should be familiar with the codes for the county and what elements are necessary to pass inspection.
That said, he was very nice and the work was completely on time.
