FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since the nature of the work in question is so varied it is not possible to come up with a standardize pricing system. Through my years of estimating I know that our rates are very competitive and customers are pleased with the work that they get for the money that they spend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our process starts with a phone call requesting an estimate. Next I meet the customer on site to discuss the project and an informal bid is given. I then go home to the office, formally write up the bid and email it to the client. If the work is accepted, a date is then set to come out and complete the work. We show up when we say were going to, complete the work in the manner we say were going to, and payment is due upon job completion unless other arrangements have been made.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work when I was 16. I'm 33 now and I've been doing it all my life.
