- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a Listing Agent you'll find my fees to be competitive. I am not the kind of Broker that takes a few snap shots with my 'phone and then just stick a board up outside and hope for the best. I'm also responsive to other brokers in order for the deal to get done. No ego issues here. I work for you until the property is SOLD.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a REALTOR® I am committed to a higher set of ethics than other types of real estate professionals. I must complete an updated ethics examination on a regular basis. I must always demonstrate fairness to others professionals and clients alike. Plus, I try to attend as many training events both at KW and with the local board of Realtors, as well as the NWMLS.
