- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One thing that is consistent with electrical is that we expect every situation to be different. Every customer and every job is different one to the next. We try not to "cookie cutter" anything as this is not fair to the customer or us so we handle things on a case to case basis and one at a time to give the most fare and accurate price we can the first time with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen, Listen, Listen... We are there to service the customers needs and what they would like accomplished. We need to learn and understand what is wanted and then let you know the options and how best to accomplish what you are looking to have completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several diverse and very seasoned electricians that have experience in all things electrical. All of our electricians we trust to hand them a set of plans and wire and trim a home from start to finish and would have no concerns about everything not only working properly but also a very clean professional result.
