- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer we set up a time block of hours to understand your needs, create the assessment and then build the go-forward plan and pacing after we understand the scope and ability to manage change or ability to progress.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know where the person/client vision and goals are. I then need to analyze and truly understand where they currently are (some call this Gemba or the 3 A's Actual place, Actual problem, Actual people). Next, I work to create a preliminary roadmap from the vision I hear and the actuals I see; to get to the Future State with milestones and review it with the client and begin to set the tactical actions and timelines to accomplish each milestone.
