- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Propelur prides itself on Design, Quality, Price, Customer Relationship and On time Delivery. Price is a key value proposition for us. You will never receive a lower professional quote than Propelur. In general, our prices are 25% lower than quotes you will receive. We encourage you to contact us last after you receive all quotes and you will see we are lowest, or we will beat the lowest written quote. Try us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Propelur works closely with customers every step of the way. We first organize an initial Discovery call to explore customer needs and we collaborate with you to flesh out the requirements, and we advise on best design options to meet your objectives. Next, we develop design mockup that we review with you and revise until you are fully satisfied and you approve development to begin. We keep you informed during development and depending on client needs we also provided Alpha releases for early review or Demo videos of the application in development. We undertake rigorous testing with multiple rounds of independent testing, and our commitment to you is "zero defect" software.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our development team is staffed with best of the best designers, development engineers, and test engineers, with minimum 3 years experience in web development technologies.
