- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I charge $25.00 per session $70.00 for a week $270.00 for a month Prices are negotiable per client budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet at location requested by client (particular gym or facility, home). Three forms are then filled out. First is a waiver, then the membership form which provides me with simple client info and membership preferences rather it's pay by session, weekly, monthly, or yearly. The final form consists of more personal information like weight and measurements, BMI, calorie intake goal for weight loss, weight gain, or maintenance. Form also includes questions regarding to the types of daily activity client carries out through the day and how physically demanding their occupation is and of course their diet and eating habits. Once the paper work is taken care of we come up with a realistic goal, workout plan, changes in daily routines to improve health, better eating habits. Depending on the clients membership preferenceso, I will coach, assist, and motivate the client, pushing them to reach their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military experience, MMA fighter and coach, taught self defense classes for abused and battered woman, MMA classes for kids to promote anti bullying and help them build genuine characteristics and self discipline, personal fitness trainer certified through ACT certification
