Introduction: Formerly a competitive bodybuilder, cyclist and triathlete, I coach males and females of all ages for competitive sports including boxing, cycling, running as well as for those interested in maintaining strength and conditioning in their every day lives. Training plans are tailored to meet an individual specific goals.
Plans include a variety of cardio activities and strength training.
Activities are varied for agility and motivation.
I travel to peoples homes and or fitness centers.
I enjoy fitness, health and nutrition and maintain an active, competitive lifestyle in boxing, cycling and hiking. I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for fitness in working with people and helping them to reach their goals.
