Introduction: Formerly a competitive bodybuilder, cyclist and triathlete, I coach males and females of all ages for competitive sports including boxing, cycling, running as well as for those interested in maintaining strength and conditioning in their every day lives. Training plans are tailored to meet an individual specific goals. Plans include a variety of cardio activities and strength training. Activities are varied for agility and motivation. I travel to peoples homes and or fitness centers. I enjoy fitness, health and nutrition and maintain an active, competitive lifestyle in boxing, cycling and hiking. I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for fitness in working with people and helping them to reach their goals.

I began coaching with Mike five years ago when I began cycling. I was interested in improving my fitness on the bike for racing. I found him to be the perfect coach for me-he was motivating and intense but was also tuned in to when I needed to rest either physically or mentally. I owe my successes on the bike which included several wins and multiple top 5 placements to Mike. While I am not currently racing I still use Mike to maintain my fitness. He provides me workouts for the bike and meets me at my gym where we do a variety of activities. I am never bored with Mike - he keeps me motivated And is inspiring with his own healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend him!   The top picture shows me having just won a race thanks in huge part to Mike's coaching! Lower picture shows me in race in New Britain, Connecticut!
