- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge 10% of the monthly rent per unit, and 1 month's rent when a vacant unit needs to be rented. I always offer discounts to veterans, senior citizens, and anyone who has more than 1 property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet with new clients and find out exactly what their needs are, every property and owner are different, and I can tailor specifics on a case by case basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a finance degree and an MBA in project management, which has helped me fine tune my business skills. My Real Estate license allows me to reach a greater audience when I need to market and rent properties, and my Contractors license is helpful in that I'm very familiar with all facets of property maintenance. I also own a Real Estate school, so I am very familiar with fair housing and landlord tenant laws.
