- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will very by job, as every job is different and need specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I measure the area they are wanting done, then I spend time with my new customer and explain the process step by step. As well as if they have any questions or concerns, I make sure they understand all that will be going on and see if they have any special requests that I can help them with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've have been in business management and customer service so I make sure to take the time for questions.
