- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by the type of cleaning method required. Pricing is flat rate with no upselling and is always finalized before starting a service so the customer knows what the cost of the job is up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical new customer process always begin with an introduction of who I am and about my company. I ask questions about the history of what is being serviced such as carpet, furniture, or tile to determine the course of action taken to get the best results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
