FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$70 per hour 24 hour cancellation policy
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a phone conversation so that I can learn more about your goals, past workout/nutrition history, injuries or physical issues that we need to consider and I can answer any questions that you may have for me. On our first meeting, I'll put you through some dynamic moving assessments so I can see if you have any imbalances that we need to address as you workout. I always tell my clients that my first goal is injury prevention and my second goal is to get you to your goal. After the assessment, we will get to your workout on our first meeting. I always check in with my new clients after the first several workouts to see how they are feeling and answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Certified Krav Maga instructor through Fit to Fight in Charlotte North Carolina. I'm a fourth degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a blue belt student of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry teaching either in a group or individual setting.
