- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and are as follows Handyman- we like to work on a per job basis but if a customer likes that we work hourly its simple $90 for the first man hour and $45 per man hour after that. We are qualified handymen with experience in a variety of trades: Painting, Drywall repairs, Framing, Minor electrical, Hanging of tv's, pictures etc., Interior and Exterior door Installation, Tile Installation, bathroom remodels etc., over 50 years experienced combined Carpet Cleaning- $30 per room up to 120 sq ft. that includes: Prespray, steam cleaning, deodorizer and fast drying times. things that may be additional are pet stains and prices vary for that. we also offer Tile and grout cleaning starting at .25 cents per sq ft. and upholstery cleaning as well. Window Cleaning- Every window cleaning job includes wiping of sills and frames and vacuuming tracks -window pane $3.00 per side -Screens $3.00 Additional services: Chandeliers, shower doors, mirrors, hard water stain removal, paint removal, tables, glass fixtures, xl windows, paint removal. House cleaning- Maricela and Bertha are the ones that help your house shine! They are very thourough and take pride on their work. fes start at $90 and vary depending on necessity We offer Air conditioning service and Repair. our service fee is only $75 but will waive with repairs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually call the client and introduce my company and my name first. Once on the phone I listen to what their needs are and schedule a onsite no obligation estimate in order to get a better understanding of their project. Will give them an estimate and go from there
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in cleaning industry since 2008, worked in HVAC industry for over 14 years and hold a EPA certification.
