Garik got back to me right away with an estimate and honored that same estimate when he completed the job. We had an old bathroom exhaust ceiling fan that had broken and required removal and replacement. He came to our condo the same day for an estimate and did the work the next morning. He brought the replacement bathroom exhaust ceiling fan and was able to remove the old fan and install a new one without any attic access and without us needing to do any drywall repair or painting! I would absolutely hire him again!

Garik was on time and was willing to take on a much bigger project than anticipated. He took his time troubleshooting and figuring out the best solution for an issue with our panel. Great value for the work he did, and he even went out of his way to fix a voltage issue with our doorbell as well. He was very professional and kind when he was explaining things I didn't understand.
