I've been training with Steph for almost three years. She knows my strength and body and gives me killer work outs every week. Steph will take the time to learn about you and your goals and set up a comprehensive work out plan to help you achieve them. I choose to train strength with Steph and I've gotten so much stronger in my dead lifts and squats. She's a great trainer and always motivates me to get better and be better!
