- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and competitive. We work with property owners to determine and then achieve their landscape visions in the most cost effective way possible. We do not up sell our services. We provide our ideas and input but leave it to the customer to make the final determination of where they want to invest their hard earned landscaping budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Meet with the customer to review the job site and talk about the customer's vision thus far. *Provide our input and experience to that vision. *Understand any site challenges or safety issues (such as Digsafe) *Provide a detailed quote of the work discussed. *Await the customer's decision (no pressure). *Upon signed agreement by the customer to move forward, we schedule the work in a timely manner. *We complete the work as committed. *We also follow up with the customer after the job is complete just to "check in" and make sure all is well and they are happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
*Over 50 years of combined experience in the field *Licensed equipment operator for landscaping machinery, including Bob cat loader, Bob can mini excavator. *Professionally trained in hard scape and irrigation installations * MLCP Member (Massachusetts Association Landscape Professionals
