- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to keep things simple so I charge a flat-rate monthly fee and I include everything. All of my monthly bookkeeping packages include applicable subscription fees (Usually Quickbooks Online & Hubdoc), monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, & Statement of Cash Flows), monthly strategy session, and unlimited help & support via email. I also offer Quickbooks Online Set-up & bookkeeping clean-up & catch-up services (priced separately).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since I price by the job and not by the hour, I like to start with a free consultation to determine your needs. After the consultation I will prepare a proposal for services. If you choose to accept the proposal I will prepare an engagement letter outlining the terms of our engagement, I will walk you through setup, and then I will begin work.

I'm an Intuit Quickbooks Certified Proadvisor, a Xero Certified Advisor, and a Hubdoc Certified Advanced Partner.
