We also cater to many different kinds of animals including hamsters, rabbits, other small animals, reptiles, fish, and dogs of all breeds! Lovable Fur Balls has much experience with older dogs and can administer oral medicine if need be. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process always includes a meet and greet where the pet is introduced to my dogs and as well as the people living in my household. If the meet and greet goes well, then we accept the reservation for the pet to come stay. We also make sure to talk about medical condition, separation anxiety, feeding times and walking times. I have the client fill out a questionnaire on the dog to be brought at drop off.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I absolutely love animals and pets. And it was always something that I wanted to do. I knew it was a leap of faith to start my own business, but I decided to just take that leap.
