the owner, Robbie was quick to respond and quote my small paving project in Bellevue. He completed the project on time and for the agreed price. The City of Bellevue has strict traffic control signage requirements when working in the street. Robbie might consider acquiring these signs if he plans to do other right of way work in Bellevue.

Robbie, at Black Diamond Paving did an excellent job on my driveway. He was very efficient in coming out to look at the project, provided and proposal and follow up on any questions.
