Introduction: Licensed and Insured Master Plumber, with 13 Years experience in the field. Experience in all aspects of residential plumbing, from faucet repair, water heater replacement and sewer dig up. If water flows through it I can fix, repair or replace it. I am a small one man operation. I have the ability to keep my cost down and save home owners money, compared to big companies that have lots of overhead to pay for. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to do flat rate pricing But most of the times a flat rate can not be given up front. Usually I would need to see the exact work that needs to be performed, so that a fair flat rate price can be given for repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set a time that works for both parties to make repairs or estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technical schooling, multiple training seminars and classes when provided by maufactures. Master Plumbing license
