the first day these people asked me when i will paint their ceiling. my answer:i bid the walls and trim ; if they want the ceiling painted it will be extra. her husband became angry. the next day she when i will be painting the closets. again i told her that i bid on the walls and trim ; if they want the closets painted it will cost extra. they came back and asked again a few times. then they asked if i will be paining the doors. i said again :no ; i bid on the walls and trim ; if they want the doors painted it will cost extra. he was angry and the times we spoke in person he walked off from me when i was talking to him. very rude person. the trim needed replacing in the living room but they did nothing. so i bought the materials and seem sealed the living room and did repair work on it. i spent a complete extra day on the trim and when i told her i did not even get a thank you. i matched the color of the closets myself and went over the scratches , the closets looked good and i painted 2 walls of the laundry room to cover the scratches. i showed her the extra work and never even got a thank you.. i told her to tell her husband if he id disappointed with my work , he can look at what other painters are doing and if he is still unhappy he can call me on the phone in days and i will tear up the check. i did not leave so much as one drip on the floor. when i lifted my cloth dry paint crumbles landed on the floor which only needed swept. also i did paint the glitter in the correct room but i also painted the glitter on another custom wall because she requested it and later said that she did not. in all this job took me a week. it told them before the job that it might take a week. she told me that the house looked great and that she would definitely give me a good review.. so i believe that the reason for their tacky review is because they wanted to get the job for nothing.. the house looks very nice, i took pictures and in spite of their lies i will continue to treat my customers with respect.
