FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Though most jobs do not have the description nor the pictures a true contractor needs to be able to form a accurate bid I'd rather meet you in person and go over the scope of work at the house to be able to give you customs bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I love to get my eyes and hands on the project to be able to truly gauge the scope of work. Then I formulate a bid for my labor and material to make sure it fits my clients budget. Then we will knock out the project with extreme accuracy and Percision and we will not ever be done with the job until a client is happy. This is your house and we want to make it your home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when I was 13 merely just going back-and-forth to the toolbox to bring contractors their tools in which I learned which tools are needed for each job. Then at age 16 I joined a cleanup crew for picking up all remaining material and construction debris. At age 18 I joined a roofing and general contracting company from which I learned from Masters in carpentry, tiling, electrical, and roofing. Then at age 22 I made Ridglea Renovations with my partner and we have been serving clients from Dallas to Houston and everywhere in between.
