- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial phone conversation, we set a date and time for a visit. During the initial visit, we can gather all of the information to properly access the damage and discuss best options for your home or business. Depending on the service or services needed, we start work as soon as possible to minimize any further damage. It is imperative your water or mold be addressed in the quickest possible time frame to avoid any further damage. You give the approval and we begin to bring back the heath of your home!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professionals are trained and certified as Water Remediation Technicians and /or Mold Remediation Workers. These multi-hour classroom settings provide the best baseline to ensure that our staff will be ready and capable to meet all of your needs in this stressful time.
