FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are considering using a DJ that has a one size fits all pricing "RUN!" No two events are the same and because of that customers should know that pricing is flexible and matched to the needs and wants of the customer. I consider the size of the event, length of event and what the event actually is in preparing my bids. We do offer a 10% discount to 1st time bookings and 15% to repeat bookings. We offer a 10% reward program for driving business to us. We offer Military Discounts, Church Group Discounts, and School Discounts as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first gather as much information about the client’s event as possible. On our website we have a form that does just that. Once I have this information I can sit down either in person or over the phone to have a consultation with the client to further understand their needs and wants. From there I put together a package for the client and present a bid for service. If the bid is accepted I will again schedule a time to meet to review expectations and discuss the narrative for the event. We have online forms to select songs that the client and their guests would like to hear and I build a playlist from their selections. Once, the playlist is crafted I will reach-out to the client for feedback on the direction that I am headed to ensure that I will be giving the client exactly what they want. I am available for clients to bounce ideas off of or make any changes to their event. Once hired I become a partner making sure the client and their guests have the best experience and one that will stay with them for a lifetime in memories.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a stand alone mobile DJ for over 10 years. I have 5 years of DJ experience working on the club circuit.
