Beware. They seem like a nice couple at first and claim they can get the job done and will match your best offer, until they get paid a third of the money and don’t show up the next day without communicating. The level of work is unprofessional just like you would do it yourself. All the cracks that were supposed to be repaired are showing as mounds of mud that was not sanded down. Then they disappear for days and when called there’s a list of personal excuses. Heather intentionally leaves work undone like removing nails from the wall ( they paint over them), An old TV mount that we discussed removing, they paint around. The face plates Steve unscrewed to paint, he just left on the counter and didn’t screw back on. Bubbles and streaks of paint on the wall in lots of places. They took over two weeks to paint 4 rooms because of all the time they took off, delayed everyone else around the project, and ended up not completing the work. They seem to be used to getting kicked off jobs for poor performance because she insists on packing everything up into her SUV at the end of each work day and the explanation is that they have been through some situations. I would NEVER hire them again and neither should anyone else unless you want to end up hiring another painter to fix the mess they make. These are just some of the photos, there are too many defects to post.Jun 5, 2018VerifiedHeather K.'s reply
First, I would like to say that I have been blessed with having such good trustworthy clients, but once in a great while we cross paths with those, who are just not trustworthy or honest. I am a professional company that prides ourselves in outstanding customer service. Without going into great detail. I have a contract in place that was not honored. This client owes my company an outstanding balance that she refused to pay. My contract was completed. Pictures reflected before work was completed. I don't leave work halfway done or unfinished. Never did I leave things in the wall and intentially paint over them. The level of work that we give is outstanding. The list of issues this client has is not with my work, it was the issue that I was not going to finish a bathroom drywall and paint. This was hired out by another company that walked off the job, for non compensation. She went through too many contractors to count. You will not be sorry, if you hire our company! We are very professional and trustworthy! We fulfill our contract obligations and we are fair and honest. This client was unhappy that I would not do free work. Refused to give me my final payment, because I would not finish someone's else's work. Small business beware. Contracts are in place for both customer and business owners. My end was more than held up.
