Introduction: Hello, my name is Mary and I am a chef with over 25 years combined food industry experience including the catering and banquet business, from owning a restaurant to being a Head Banquet Chef for a private country club . I am Serve Safe certified and make no mistakes, First in Class Catering put's their customers needs as our number one priority. Our goal is to make every event memorable with the belief that food quality is number one in producing a delicious finished product. Our company works with the best foods and produce companies in the area, for the freshest meats, poultry's and seafood's, including local vegetables and fruits, we also offer organic products when ordered. We have a full knowledge of food allergy's and have created a menu to feed those individuals. We except most major credit cards and eChecks. What I enjoy most is knowing that it is my calling to be a Chef and I love cooking, I especially love cooking and doing beautiful food display's for Weddings because I feel this is such a memorable time in the whole families life. Wedding's can be stressful but having a Chef with a good staff and talented cooking skills plus the art of beautiful displaying can make all the difference. I have handled with complete success every occasion in catering from 400 plus Weddings, to 30 person wedding and baby shower's to graduation parties to formal dinners, to backyard BBQ's.
