FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many factors involved in my pricing. For example, how often do you want the cleaning done, how long it takes, any special chemicals needed because of fixtures or flooring, do you have hard water, and other items like this. My pricing is usually pretty accurate to eliminate repeated yearly increases like most competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I tour the building or office suite, I provide them with a service agreement; NOT a "contract". It details all their wishes and expectations and my price to complete those tasks. Why not a contract? I provide a service and you purchase that service. If you're not satisfied with my service you may CANCEL at any time. Usually contracts require 30 day written notice or a year long time frame. I don't!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was employed by 3 different Fortune 500 companies where I performed several customer service duties. I was awarded many different times for going above and beyond the job requirements. Within the cleaning industry, I was trained by individuals who had well over 25 years experience. Worked hands-on and study the proper techniques to disinfect and sanitize.
