- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What you see is what you get - no hidden fees! I've built the additional work for applicable shoots into the quoted price. I deliver edited digital files via an online gallery which you can then download and use as you please. We will discuss any extras you may want to add on before the shoot begins so that you are fully aware rather than stuck with something less than you hoped for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first ask questions to get a feel for the look you are going for in your shoot. Additionally, we can discuss wardrobe and hair and makeup looks if you please. If you are going for a very specific look, I may ask for example images or provide some to you for inspiration. On the day of your shoot, I will guide you through each step of the process, including each pose. You shouldn't feel like you need model training to walk away with stunning photos, let me do the work for you!
