FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no charge for an initial consultation. We charge a monthly retainer of $50 per month. This is not a contract where you are locked in. It is purely month to month. In our industry many hide fees from their clients. We take a strong stance in staying very transparent on all of the costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very transparent process when working with our clients. Our first meeting is what we call our discovery interview. This is where we get to know you and your goals and you'll get to learn about us and our process. The next step is our data gathering meeting. In our initial meeting we will send you home with a homework assignment. This is so we can get accurate numbers of what is going on in your situation. We will then go over your homework assignment to make sure we're on the same page from a numbers standpoint. Without this information it would be impossible to give you sound and accurate advice. The next meeting will be within our team behind the scenes. This is when we get together with all our professionals every Monday morning for case study. We will go over your situation and have a healthy debate on what our recommendations are for you. Finally we will have our plan delivery. This is where we will go over your financial plan and our recommendations for you. From there we will get back together every 6 months or as needed for service. Things will always be changing and by getting together at least twice a year we can stay ahead of those changes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our client base is very diverse. We have some clients that have zero invested with us, as well as others that have millions invested with us. We have everything from college students to retires. Our service model was designed to help anyone with any situation. We do not have minimums to work with us.
