I was hosting a work event in my home. I recently moved in so it needs a good deep cleaning of floorboards/windows, etc. I initially requested Friday (the event was on Sunday) just in case because I have had issues with unreliable cleaning companies before to give me an extra day to figure something out. Well, they could only do Saturday (my event is Sunday) at which time they were also to give me a quote for regular cleaning. I was scheduled between 9-930a. I got a text at 730a saying the person scheduled was sick and could not make it but would try to find someone to fill in. At 830a, I got a second text saying every other person was out of town. So now I'm stuck trying to scramble to get everything done because the company is, as predicted, unreliable.
