Before working with Megan I struggled to put on lean muscle mass. Our first session together we sat down and worked on a game plan, she wrote me a personalized meal plan as well as a workout program. She took me through my entire workout program and fixed my form on exercises (that I thought I was doing right) to ensure I maximized my results and avoided injury. Don't be fooled by her small stature, she's TOUGH! Since I started training with her I have been able to put on and keep 20lbs of lean muscle mass with minimal fat gain. She knows exactly how far to push her clients to get the results they want. She's professional, knowledgeable, and makes your workout fun. I would highly recommend her

If applicable, I like to evaluate their last revised resume to determine how to move forward. If they do not have a resume, I send a quick questionnaire to complete so I can begin building their resume.
