- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers don't pay my commission. They will have a small administrative fee under $500. Sellers usually pay 6% of the sales price which can be negotiated to try to bring that percentage down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and show buyers homes that they are interested in. Preview sellers homes and determine a starting price and the best time to market it.

Both buyers and sellers.
