Introduction: I am a personal fitness trainer with over 26 years of experience. My Philosophy is to keep is simple. I work to failure in a very safe, controlled manner. Pick three or four good exercises per body part and you can use this as a tool to shape and condition your body to its full potential. This, coupled with smart cardiovascular training and a sound nutritional plan and your body has no choice but to get extremely fit. It shouldn't take hours in the gym, it just takes a smart approach.

Kenny is an exceptional trainer. He's able to get you to do your best without going too far. The result is you get a meaningful workout without getting hurt. I have changed my body for the better working out with Ken. I've also lost over 30 pounds with his encouragement and diet suggestions. He's very positive and very professional.
