- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are extremely competitive; we can almost guarantee that you will not find anyone with our prices and quality of work. We never sacrifice quality and always maintain an outstanding commitment, integrity, and rapport with our customers; our pricing reflects that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At LowTek Pro, we are all a family; since we are a veteran owned and operated company, family means a lot. When we meet a new customer, we make sure to welcome them into our family. When a client makes or receives a call from us, they are greeted with a friendly yet professional Service Manager; once our service manager answers all your questions, an appointment is scheduled and you will meet one of our excellent technicians. Once your project is complete, you will receive a follow on phone call to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Lowtek Pro is always here for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
(1) AS Electronics, (1) BS Electrical Engineering. Because we hire veterans coming out of the military with an electronics background, our technicians carry with them a variety of certifications to include: CCTV, Home Security, Electronics Repair, Basic to Advance Electronics Stand up Instructing, Network Repair, Computer Repair, etc.
