- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. My price is based on the type of service that is needed. IEP meetings are generally 2 - 3 hours long therefore, I have a set price for those meeting. For SST meetings and parent teacher conferences I charge an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to meet with the customer speak with them about their needs, then ask him or her to complete an assessment. The purpose of the assessment is to determine the type of academic support that is need by the student and the type of support that the parent needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master in Law in Family Law and Child Advocacy I am a Certified Education Advocate for the State of Georgia I have a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Care and Counseling I have 12 years experience working with teens and parents
