- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom household costs $100. For every bedroom or bathroom added, another $30 is added to the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Talk to the customer over the phone, if possible. Responsiveness is key here. We try our best to answer any questions and concerns you may have. 2. If they feel comfortable moving on to the next step, we'll get their information and schedule a time to send one of our cleaning teams to their home. If they still are unsure, that's fine; we don't aggressively try to sell you like other companies do. 3. Once a time is picked, we send text and email updates about their cleaning. 4. Our team will let you know when they are 30 minutes away. 5. Our team will clean your home according to any specific requests you provide, along with a 58 point checklist of items to clean. 6. We'll follow-up to make sure everything went well. If not, we'll give you a full refund. Satisfaction guaranteed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our managers are college educated, so they know how to make sure employees do a superb job while enjoying their wrok! Additionally, all our employees are not only required to have prior cleaning experience but are also required to do a test cleaning to make sure they meet Success Clean standards.
