- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price depends on job and work to be performed, and are materials provided or need to be included. CANCELLATION NOTICE: We require that our clients cancel within at least 48 hours in advance to when we are scheduled. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the cost of the job. However, if we arrive the day of the job and our client cancels, they will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the job quote. This is to assure we are not wasting ours or our clients time. JOB SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a 20% job security deposit on all future jobs (Example: the total amount of the job cost $100, we will require $20 to be paid upfront).
