I offer several packages for customers to choose from - the more services you select the deeper discounts you can receive. I also offer hourly services for companies looking for ongoing support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a quick Q&A process I conduct via email and phone, to help us assess goals, needs and overall match. I want to ensure that I'm a great match for my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Early in my career I studied and held an internship at The Multimedia Studies Program at San Francisco State University. Throughout my career I have taken more than 40 courses related to my field. I consider myself a life-long learner. I have a great passion for new trends regarding web design, marketing and technology.
