- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing but very frequently we offer special rates and always take into consideration special circumstances that might require our flexibility in pricing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe it is very important to be transparent. I don't portray Encore Properties to be a huge company. I am honest and up front with all of our clients. I want them to understand the process and exactly with we offer with our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the Staff at Encore Properties either have their NC Real Estate License or are supervised by a licenced agent. Most had additional Management training.
