- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects are quoted based on needs and goals. A new website can start as low as $2000 and go up from there. A comprehensive online marketing plan which includes content creation, SEO and social media management usually starts at $1000 monthly with a recommended initial engagement of 3-4 months, although we require NO contract term length.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we meet in person or by phone to discuss our client's goals for the online presence after which we can determine if they need a new website, or change a current one, and what types of marketing elements, ie social media, seo, video or other content creation will be needed to achieve those goals
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professionals are training in content creation, marketing, web programming and much more. But the best training is 19 years in business learning and working to get better each year in achieving business goals for our clients.
