What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free installation, free activation, free equipment and low monthly rates. Special pricing available for Military, Police, Fire, EMS, Healthcare, and Educators. 36 month agreement required. Price lock guarantee. We will never increase your rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a simple home analysis via phone or in person to determine the products and level of protection the customer needs/wants, and then schedule the professional installation. Installation is completed by an IQ Certified Technician (not by a contractor) and takes an average of 2-3 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in the Home Security industry, multiple certifications, and our company provides ongoing continuing education on the latest technology.
