FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate of $85.00 per hour plus any materials that I provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet new customers. I like to initiate a brief conversation to understand the dynamics of the household. I like to be personable but clear and concise about the project. I want to build a relationship that last a lifetime and generates that “old time feel” of having the same guy for generations, not a new face every time you need service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my electrical career in a 4 year apprenticeship program ranking top in class certifying my competency in the industry. There after, I joined the workforce in a commercial construction setting. After several years of commercial construction, I decided to begin working in residential and commercial service. I enjoy the service side much more. I then studied complex circuitry to quantify my troubleshooting skills and overall decision making in terms of electrical issues.
