National Water Heater
About this pro
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I was very upset with my experience with National Water Heater. I had a problem with my dishwasher and when I made my appointment, I was under the impression that someone would come by, see what the problem was, and give a quote to fix it, but the technician arrived, spent a few minutes unclogging the hose and the rest of the hour waiting for my dishwasher to run and told me it was going to be $175. At no point before the work was done did anyone inform me of their service fees or charges. They explained to me that their hourly rate is 100 dollars an hour and there was a 75 dollar emergency fee for the weekend; however, my appointment was for Friday and they called me to reschedule it for Saturday. I ended up not paying the emergency fee, but they still charged for me an hour of labor, even though a majority of that time the technician spent watching my TV waiting for the dishwasher to finish running. Even though the technician they sent was nice, arrived on time, and got my dishwasher working, I will not be using NWH again because they were not upfront with me and I feel like I was willfully overcharged. Basically I paid for a someone to spend ten minutes unclogging a hose and 50 minutes to run back and forth from the truck and watch my TV.Mar 26, 2018Verified
Were kind enough to send someone out to tighten a valve that was causing a drip. Thank YouFeb 18, 2018Verified
